Who we are
HoopsStrength Inc. (“Hoops Strength”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the basketball training facility at 1225 Jefferson Road, Rochester, NY 14623. Questions about this policy go to dschaffer@hoopsstrength.com.
What we collect
This website itself collects very little. When you browse, our hosting provider and analytics record standard technical data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address) so we can keep the site fast and see which programs parents look for. We do not run advertising trackers.
When you register for a program, book a session, or create an account, you do so in WellnessLiving, our booking and payment platform. WellnessLiving collects the details needed to register a player (names, contact details, emergency contacts, and payment information) under its own privacy policy. We see the registration details you provide; we never see your full card number.
How we use it
- To run the programs you register for — rosters, schedules, reminders and cancellations.
- To answer the messages you send us.
- To understand which pages and programs are useful, in aggregate.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services that run the business — WellnessLiving for booking and payments, our email provider for confirmations, and our website host — and when the law requires it.
Children
Our programs are for young players, but registrations are made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for basic analytics. Booking pages hosted by WellnessLiving set their own cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your player by emailing dschaffer@hoopsstrength.com. Account details in WellnessLiving can be updated from your WellnessLiving profile.
